We are pleased to announce that we will be having an Asian Football Confederation “C” Certificate Coaching Course to be conducted by Mr. Jose Ariston Caslib and Mr. Marlon Maro on 15-29 April 2007 in Iloilo.

We are requiring CebuFA to recommend three (3) qualified candidates from your PFA for the upcoming license course. From the recommended three, the PFF will select one or two candidates depending on their qualifications.

Based on AFC Regulations, participants for this course should meet the following criteria:

*all participants should have playing experience (with supporting CV)
*physicall fit – medically certified (attach certification in the application)
*aged between 21 to 35 years old
*should maintain integrity and credibility
*committed to coaching
*present in ALL SESSIONS of the course
*literacy (write and read English)
*able to coach in the capacity of grassroots, youth and others
*must pass the AFC Pre-Requisite Exam
*PFF requires CebuFA to endorse candidates or the application will not be considered.

Please be reminded that PFF will provide financial subsidy by way of shouldering One-way External Transportation (from Iloilo back to respective provinces; boat/land equivalent only), and Food for the qualified participants, while the host will shoulder Accommodation costs. Transportation reimbursements shall be made upon arrival of the participants in Iloilo and upon presentation of valid/official receipts of travel. Participants are required to bring their own football gear, notebook, pen and other personal necessities for the theory and practical sessions.

Coaches should arrive on or before 2:00PM of 14 April for briefing and the AFC Pre-Requisite Assessment Exam by 3:00PM. The exam will take place at 5:00PM on April 14 at a venue to be determined. Those who do not pass the exam will not be allowed to be a participant in the Course, but may sit-in as an observer. Also, failure to pass the pre-requisite exam will mean disentitlement from the transportation subsidy.
